Refund policy


At AYAH studios, every piece is created with care and attention. If for any reason your order does not meet expectations, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.


Eligibility

For a return to be accepted, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused, in original condition

  • With all labels and hangtags attached

  • In the original packaging with any accessories or gifts included

  • Accompanied by a valid order number or proof of purchase

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Items returned outside the 14-day window

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Hygiene-sensitive products such as undergarments or swimwear if the seal has been broken

  • Items showing clear signs of wear, alteration, or misuse

Tip: please inspect your garment before removing the hangtag, as claims cannot be accepted once it is removed.


How to Request a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email info@ayahstudios.com with your order number to request authorization.

  2. Prepare Your Package: Place the item securely in its original packaging, with the return form provided.

  3. Ship Your Return:

    • EU customers: A prepaid label will be provided.

    • Outside the EU: Please arrange your own shipping with a tracked service.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Refunds

  • Once received, all returns undergo quality control (within 5 business days).

  • Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.

  • Depending on your bank or provider, additional time may be required before the refund appears.

  • AYAH studios commits to issuing refunds within 14 days of acceptance.

Damages and Exchanges

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will cover the cost of return and arrange a replacement or refund.

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. For a new size or style, kindly place a separate order once your return has been processed.


EU Right of Withdrawal

Customers in the European Union retain the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receipt, without reason. This right exists in addition to our returns policy.
