Every order at AYAH Studios is prepared with the greatest care, from the moment it leaves our atelier until it arrives at your door. We work with trusted carriers to ensure your purchase reaches you safely, wherever you are in the world.


Order Handling

Orders are carefully packaged and dispatched on business days. While we always aim to prepare shipments quickly, the focus remains on quality and accuracy. During collection launches or peak seasons, please allow extra time as we manage increased demand with the same level of attention.


Destinations and Tracking

We ship throughout the Netherlands, across Europe, and internationally. All parcels are shipped with a tracking number, which will be shared with you once your order has left our facility. This allows you to follow your package every step of the way.


International Deliveries

For destinations outside the European Union and the United Kingdom, or where goods are shipped from outside the destination country, local customs authorities may apply import duties, VAT, and clearance fees.

These charges are not included in the product price and remain the responsibility of the customer, payable upon delivery. AYAH Studios cannot control these charges but will provide all required documentation to support customs clearance.

Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs procedures. While we cannot guarantee exact timelines, our chosen couriers are selected for their reliability and service standards. Should any unexpected delays occur, our team will assist you with updates and support.
